In Dry Battery Electrode equipment development:
2023: Launched China's first multi-roller film forming & laminating integrated equipment
2024: Introduced the first double side film-forming & laminating integrated equipment, promoting pilot-scale Dry Battery Electrode production
2025: Will launch multi-roller double-side film-forming laminating integrated equipment with 1200mm width and 80m/min speed, achieving mass production of Dry Electrode Anode.
Through multiple upgrades, Tsingyan-Naknor's multi-roller calendering equipment has developed product series including single-side film forming laminating and double-side film forming laminating, having filled domestic gaps in Dry Battery Electrode manufacturing equipment and contributing to green sustainable development in electrode manufacturing.
The company leverages over seven years of dry electrode technology expertise from the Shenzhen Tsinghua University Research Institute, combined with Naknor's advanced lithium battery equipment production experience and market resources, demonstrating distinct technological advantages. With R&D personnel accounting for 50% of the workforce, it boasts a high-caliber, highly specialized, and standardized non-standard equipment R&D team that actively drives innovative research in customized equipment development, next-generation solid-state battery technology, and intelligent control technology for dry electrode equipment.
