Overview
By the end of 2024, Tsingyan-Naknor had established China’s first automated dry electrode production line for lithium batteries in Longgang, Shenzhen, capable of achieving a fully automated process from material feeding to film formation and lamination. The rolling equipment demonstrates industry-leading performance in operating pressure, rolling precision, and uniformity.
Compared to wet electrode processes, the dry electrode technology eliminates steps such as slurry preparation, coating, and drying, reducing production line length by 70%, significantly shortening production cycles, and lowering both environmental and equipment costs.
